Antique Aladdin Lamp Cobalt Blue Scallop Foot Lincoln Drape Nu Type Model B

Straight out of a local attic comes this nice old Aladdin Lamp. Scalloped foot Lincoln Drape is what this appears to be. It was covered with a great deal of dirt and could probably still use some cleaning.

I can find no chips, cracks or imperfections in the glass. The wick turner on the burner reads Nu Type Model B Mantle Lamp Co.

Made in the USA and though it is a little worn at the bottom, I believe it reads Chicago Ill. The oil cap turns very nicely. The burner appears to be original with a nice patina and it has a lamp shade holder with does come off.

The arms of the lamp shade holder measure approx. 10 inches between the arms. One is a little bent as you may be able to see in the picture.

There is No shade or chimney. 6 inches in diameter and to the top of the burner which is extended due to the shade holder measures approx. Beautiful cobalt blue color throughout.
