EARLY ALADDIN BRASS KEROSENE TABLE LAMP WithMIXED PARTS FROM MODELS 3, 4,5 & 6

Back then, lamps were to use and as long as the parts fit, they assembled them with whatever they had available. Photo #1 shows everything together and photos 6, 7 & 8 show general views of the parts.

The Lamp Base/Bowl W/oil filler cap were used for both the Models 3 & 4 (see photo 2) The Burner Base and air distributor were used on the Model 4 & 5, but the wick raiser KNOB has the markings from the Model #3 - (See photo 3) The wick raiser and gallery are from model #6 (see photos 4 & 5). Description: As always, the 100+ year old metal Aladdin's have cosmetic problems (this one is no exception, but it has a lot less than most of the ones I've seen - check-out my photos). If I had chosen to polish it to a high gloss, the majority of the stains, etc. Would probably disappear I disassembled the the parts and washed them gently along with the outside of the lamp.

The wick raiser works very smoothly and the wick is in good shape (though it is stained).
