Presented for your consideration is this great old Aladdin floor lamp. The base and font housing are metal and the pole appears to be brass with an ornate metal connector in the center of the pole. The font and burner are made of brass and the burner adjusting knob is marked with Aladdin Model 12. This model of lamp was produced from 1928 to 1932 and was Aladdin's second attempt at making a floor lamp. The model 12 was much more successful than the previous model 6 that was introduced in 1915, due to its wide selection of attractive and colorful shades.

The model 12 was also much more affordable than the model 6. Aladdin floor lamps are very hard to find in original condition since many of them were repainted or restored at one point.

This lamp is offered in original condition and is guaranteed as such. Approximately 53 inches tall to the top of the lamp. The base is 14 in diameter. This rare lamp would make a great addition to any lamp or lighting collection! There is some oxidation and wear on the base.

Some small spots of white are on the side of the font housing. Typical wear from age and use. Please refer to the photos for the best details. These charges are the buyers responsibility.
