For your consideration is this vintage/antique aladdin #8 kerosene oil lamp, made by aladdin mantle lamp company in 1919 - 1920. The aladdin model 8 lamp is basically an expensive marketing upgrade of the model 7. Both models make a bold statement of antiquity wherever they are seen. Especially when fitted with aladdin ornate frosted/satin repousse glass shade as this one.

It features a very hard to find vintage brass screen fitted bug insect gaurd cap upgrade. The lamp is 24 tall to the top of the chimney. The chimney is marked with aladdin name/logo that's acid stamped at top and might be original to lamp or replacement. The base is original, not a reproduction -. The cap to the burner spreader/generator is from aladdin # is in excellent working condition. It has been finely professionally electrified.
