As far as I can tell, it is complete except for the generator. The chimney is an early replacement, made for models 1-11 and in its original box.
The lamp is approximately 8.25 inches to the top of the collar. I do not see any dents in it. I put water in the font and it did not leak, though I cannot guarantee it for kerosene, as the viscosity is different. This is a beautiful, early lamp, and there is no telling when you may see another one! What u have here is a marriage of parts , but not a model 3 lamp. The gallery is a box 3 model , there is also an international model 3 gallery that is not in a box. The burner base is a model 4 , you have no flame spreader , and a late model 5-6 wick carrier.
