Gorgeous 1932 Green #12 Aladdin Venetian Art Glass Vase Lamp #1240 finished in Variegated Verde. This stunning lamp features sleek surfaces and curving lines popular in the Art Deco era. Bold contrasting colors of variegated green, black, and silver are painted over glass. An old conversion to electric features a dark brown ribbed. The vase is highlighted with a warm gold paint surrounding the.
Condition : In beautiful overall condition. Wear is very minor, but consistent with age. Please view the photos carefully for a better description of condition and contact me if you need additional information.
Glass vase: very small rim nick/chip that sits under the brass pot (see close-up photo, hard to see). Brass & electrical : parts above the glass vase were converted to electric ca. 1930's-40's; parts below the brass pot look like a recent addition designed to light the inside of the vase itself. Vase only: 12" tall, top opening is about 5", base is about 6 1/2.Vase with brass: about 18 1/2. I shy away from plugging in 89 year old appliances, so I can't say whether it works or not-best not to take chances.
