1934 ALADDIN #108 GREEN CATHEDRAL KEROSENE LAMP with GLASS SHADE NICE ONE! FREE

Up for your consideration is a Very Attractive Vintage 1934 Aladdin # 108 Green Cathedral Kerosene Lamp with Shade. No Chips, Cracks, or Flaws to the Glass Font or Shade. This Lamp comes complete with an Aladdin 12 Inch Glass Chimney, & a Complete Type-B Nickel Burner as well as a 10 inch Nickel Lamp Shade Holder.

This Cathedral Style Font has an ornate solid glass neck & is the preferred quality & style Aladdin lamp font which will not separate at the joint like say a Corinthian model which joins both pieces at the tank & pedestal & then incorporating a metal collar to hide this fact. The Chrome or Brass style Metal Fonts are attractive as well but seem to show dents, dings, scratches, & loss of finish or luster over time. You are also unable to view what level your Kerosene is at when filling metal fonts compared to glass. These are all just personal preferences & quite obviously they are all Fantastic Lamps. In my opinion its always very important & good to know where your fuel level is located when filling or burning the Fuel. In todays ever changing world situation the loss of power or electricity, from treacherous storms, as well as man made or natural disasters etc. This Lamp would surely come in handy in preparing you for the worst.

Batteries in Flashlights do not last forever & neither does Kerosene so I simply suggest having both available. These Old Lamps are quite enjoyable to use, easy on the eyes, & offer plenty of light even when its not an Emergency.

The Aladdin Lamp will also provide a small amount of warmth while decorating & adding ambiance to your room all at the same time. They now offer a new odorless kerosene called Klean Heat so if you have had sinus issues in the past from regular kerosene this may help resolve that issue.
