Aladdin Brass Kerosene Oil Lamp With #23 Burner and Shade

Aladdin kerosene lamp with # 23 burner, marked Aladdin chimney and what I think is the original shade. I can find no dents but there are places where the lacquer finish is coming off exposing the brass. No cracks or chips to the shade.

The burner is marked #23 Made In England. The wick riser seems to be stuck and I would assume the wick is probably stuck to the metal tube.
