Aladdin Lamp Vintage Simplicity B-28 Rose Decorated Crystal 1948-1953

It looks like there are a couple of flaws in this item (picture 10 shows it around the ring of it and the base itself has maybe a scratch in it but im not sure if both spots are just imperfections in the glass) For these reasons and me not knowing alot about this kind of stuff.
