Aladdin Nu-Type Model B Oil Lamp Manhattan Brass Chicago Antique c1912-1918

Authentic antique Aladdin "Nu-Type" Model B oil lamp featuring original Manhattan Brass Co. The brass burner is clearly marked. The lamp features a clear pressed glass font with fluted pedestal stem and hexagonal base. The glass carries a subtle straw tone typical of period American pressed glass. 12.5 total height (to top of burner). The wick remains inside the burner. The lamp is empty of oil and untested. The clear glass contains manganese consistent with early 20th century production and exhibits a faint green reaction under 365nm UV light - a normal characteristic of period decolorized glass. A solid and correct early Aladdin example suitable for antique lighting collectors, early 1900s décor, or oil lamp enthusiasts.
