These lamps were manufactured from 1940 through 1949; HOWEVER, under UV light, this one glows like a new penny. That means uranium was added to the glass mixture, and that ceased with the advent of World War II--uranium was diverted to be refined and made into, well, you know what.

This lamp has a tripod for a shade, but I do not have one for it; and it has an unmarked electrical burner with a three way switch. The burner is nickel plated, and I understand that these were originally equipped with brass burners. The filler cap is brass. The burner works, but a bulb is not included.
