Aladdin Table Lamp White Moonstone/Black. THIS IS AN ALADDIN TABLE LAMP, CORINTHIAN PATTERN, MODEL B-124, WITH A WHITE MOONSTONE FONT OVER A "BLACK" BASE. The Corinthian was made in 1935 and 1936; this one has the plain brass connector, which indicates manufacture in 1936.

Actually, the base is not black, but was produced in several dark shades which look black until held against a bright light. This one looks purple when held against the sun, which I think means it is amethyst.

It has its original nickel plated Model B burner--I say "its original burner" because when I got it, there was matching dust on both. The chimney has a three line logo, which is consistent with models 12, A, and B production. It is a beautiful lamp, with NO chips, cracks, or breaks. It has a flame spreader, and an original wick, which will probably need to be replaced for use.
