Antique Aladdin Jade Jadeite Green Moonstone Oil Lamp with Chimney Metal Base vtg

Antique Aladdin Jade Jadeite Green Moonstone Oil Lamp w/ Chimney Metal Base. Not sure if lamp works. I'm including an Aladdin chimney but I can't get it to slide in prongs was afraid of damaging them. Base looks as if it's been repainted. I have been told that this is the wrong chimney for this lamp.
