Antique Aladdin Model 12 Brass Oil Lamp Opaline Glass Shade Chimney England

For sale is an antique Aladdin oil lamp model 12 made in England, featuring a brass base, large white milk glass fluted shade, and original clear glass chimney. Large white milk glass fluted shade. Original clear glass chimney stamped. "Aladdin Heat Resisting - British Made".

Original wick mechanism (working, wick is aged and likely requires replacement). Condition: The brass base has a matte aged finish with patina, surface discoloration, and general wear consistent with age.

It could be polished further if a brighter finish is preferred. The reservoir cap unscrews freely. The wick mechanism appears to be working and still draws the remaining wick, although it is slightly stiff. The glass chimney is original and must be removed by gently turning before lifting-do not force it upward. The milk glass shade shows age-related wear and has rough edges around the rim (top and bottom).
