ANTIQUE Aluminum Aladdin Model-23 Railroad Interior Lamp. What's here looks to be in good used shape AND VERY USABLE! The wick knob reads: "23 Aladdin ". The brass bit on the wall mount reads: " Wick Cleaner ".

It's wick goes up and down very easily! It comes with an Aladdin type "lock on" chimney and a White shade! Was told this was from a caboose, but you guys and gals will know for sure where it was used.

An antique oil lamp from the past, that was used in the last car on the train, the caboose. Because of the way the bracket was designed it would take the movement of the train. Aladdin was a great maker of oil lamps.

If you have never used an older kerosene lamp, get instructions before you try to light an older lamp. This a great piece of history before we had electricity.
