Antique Washington Drape Amber Glass Aladdin Oil Lamp/Needs TLC

I really do not know much about these, but hopefully someone can easily give the top burner, wick and oil cap some TLC and make this a stunning piece. I could not get the knob to move the wick, but think it may be missing a top piece, could not get oil cap to turn off and didn't want to break glass.

The bottom rim of base looks to have a manufacture mold flaw, possibly a long bubble burst or glass just didn't get into the mold. The glass is thick, heavy and in good condition. 12" tall without clear glass shade X 6 1/4 " across base.

There is no intentional misleading information in my listings, but there may be a mistake or something missed occasionally due to human error. I will do my best to answer them.
