Green Glass Base Aladdin Lamp Electrified Oil Lamp WithShade + Bulb Uranium Glass

This listing is for an Aladdin electrified kerosene lamp. Here is the history about how this lamp got its name. It was well know that the kerosene Aladdin lamp was three time brighter than any other oil lamp which made it quite popular. Many improvements and modifications later and around 1933 the model B appeared with the electrified version. After the passing of his father in 1943, his son took over the company. In 1955, after a massive flood, destroyed the fabrication which ended the production of The Aladdin Model B in 1955. The green base does react to uv light and show the uranium content. There is no glass funnel. The shade is probably not the original but fits well. The long light bulb works and is included in this listing. The cord is about 9 long or 7' with a light switch.
