Does not respond to black light. No damage; no nicks or chips to the glass. One piece construction; ridged spider foot inside the base as shown in last photo.

Made from ALACITE glass which Aladdin developed in 1938. Alacite was described as an ivory opal glass and was, as far as I know, only made in this color.

Alacite is often used to describe both the material and the color. Color is an off-white / faintly pinkish.

Height: about 13.5 to the top of the burner. Packed box will be 18 x 18 x 11. It will weigh about 16 pounds.
