NOS NIB Rare Aladdin Mantle Oil Kerosene Lamp UK Model 11 Font And Burner

Also included is new-old stock Model 11 burner. Items are in their original boxes. Unused Aladdin lamps and burners in their original boxes are becoming increasingly scarce in the US. Those from the UK, especially in this condition, are very rare due to the impact of WW-II on Britain. If you are a serious Aladdin collector, you wont want to miss the opportunity to add these rare pieces to your collection. The font is identical to the US model 9-11 font, but the box graphics are unique to the UK (see photographs). The model 11 burner is an early UK version marked London on the front face of the wick knob and Made in USA on both the front and the back of the knob. The burner is detailed on page 160 of the book Aladdin the Magic Name in Lamps by J. Courter describes this burner as fairly rare(see last picture).

The burner and font are all excellent/unused new/old stock. They all have a virtually mint, mirror-like finish as shown in the photographs. The generator has a small indentation along the top rim(see 5th pic). The wick and wick raiser are present. A NOS wick trimmer is included in the box.

The font box is in very good to excellent It has the original tissue paper and corrugate ring. There are minor scuffs and small tears at the ears on the opening flaps, but there are no missing or disconnected flaps. The burner box is identical to the US model 11 burner box, understandable since the burner was manufactured in the USA. The burner box is good/very good; it has the original tissue paper and cardboard gallery ring.
