Offering this very rare San Diego mantle lamp. Shown in Tom Small's book Aladdin to ZIu on the history of mantle lamps, this short lived production lamp is nearly impossible to find, and I doubt you will find a better example. I wiped down the body some with soft cloth and some semichrome and it sparkles. Complete with wick and flame spreader, the lamp has been used but barely. Truly a lamp for the serious collector of mantle lamps.
I have collected Aladdin and kerosene lighting for 40 years and this is the only one I have seen. But how much gas would you spend finding one.
