Rare Vintage 1979 Aladdin Hanging Brass Kerosene Lamp Complete withinstructions

This Rare Vintage Aladdin Hanging Brass Lamp is in great used condition. Never had kerosene in the lamp itself, there is no evidence of it ever being lit or used although the mantle that was installed had crumbled. The globe is in excellent condition and has a beautiful pearlescent outer color with a white milk-glass interior and is made of very thick heavy glass. The chimney is the Aladdin "lox-on" Pyrex. Some of the burner and gallery parts have had quite a large accumulation of dust which we removed, but did not try to make bright.

The hanger and unique chain, chain spreader/heat bell are also in great condition although the chain spreader/heat bell had an accumulation of gunk that we removed, but also feel would brighten with a little elbow grease and brass cleaner. This is complete with all components with all paperwork, instructions, a new mantle, a wick cleaner etc. (have been unable to find another like it, or pictured in any online gallery about Aladdin).

Vintage practical device for those cabins in the mountains or that unexpected power outage. Measures 44" - 72" long x 12 wide. 44" is measured using the minimum of 12" of chain from ceiling. Which is a safe minimum. The top chain, if fully used, can extend the length of the light to 72 for those high or vaulted ceiling mounts. (Deb, Jim & Brodie the Wonder Dog). DIDNT KNOW I NEEDED THAT.
