Vintage 1936 Mantle Lamp Aladdin Black Clear Crystal Corinthian Kerosene B104

For your consideration is this vintage/Antique amazing. Aladdin Mantle Lamp Company in black and clear glass. The Model B Corinthian was the first Aladdin glass lamp to use an external metal metal connector to connect the bowl with the foot.

The Corinthian family of Aladdin lamps is largest and most diverse family of Aladdin lamps. It includes sixteen different lamps. A black crystal foot was also used to create a clear fount/black foot, and white moonstone fount/black foot combination. This so called "black crystal" base when held up to a strong light source may reveal a very dark shade of amethyst, cobalt, green, or red. To make the group even more diverse, there were three different styles of metal connectors used to connect the founts to the feet.

All Corinthians came with a nickel plated burner. The lamp base is 13 tall to the top of the burner.

The burner is Nu-Type, Model B. The base is original, not a reproduction. The base comes without a wick.

The lamp is in excellent condition. Even the original sticker on the black crystal base is still visible. This beauty would make a unique gift idea for that special collector. It will bring light unique romantic light to your home or to your parties.
