Vintage 24 Genuine Aladdin Oil Table Lamp Electrified White Milk Glass Shade

Vintage Aladdin Oil Lamp that has been electrified. Not sure if it was originally manufactured as an electric lamp or converted by someone else. The cord has an old type, non-polarized plug. The oil cap does unscrew to add oil into it.

Printed "Made in Hong Kong" on the bottom, so it was manufactured between the late 70's to early 80's. The clear glass chimney is 12-1/4"H with a 3" diameter at the widest area and is etched "Aladdin" near the top. The chimney screws on and off, so it is very secure.

The shade ring has a 10-1/4 diameter. The only thing that may not be original is the key shaped switch, as this is normally where the lamp Model is impressed. Also not sure if the white milk glass shade is original to the lamp, but it is definitely vintage also and fits the ring perfectly. The shade has rough edges around the top and bottom, which is typical for the age. No chips or damage to the shade.

It measures approx 12" in diameter at the widest area and 8-1/4" at the bottom edge. Is approx 7-1/4H and has nine panels. Will send the currently working bulb with it, since the chimney is so narrow, and it fits so nicely. Lastly, I'm not sure if the lamp is brass or brass plated. I'm leaning towards the latter since it is fairly lightweight (3 lb) without the heavy glass shade (3.8 lb) in place and due to the wear of the finish on some areas.
