I'm sure someone with expertise could. The knob to make the wick go up and down is somehow stuck.

I believe it's because the wick is caught up inside. I have no idea how to open it. It's a beautiful lamp for display or if you can get it to function.

Rare to find these in this condition with the original glass shade. No chips, cracks or flaws cosmetically.
