Vintage Scalloped Foot Tall Cobalt Blue Aladdin Lincoln Drape Lamp B76

Alacite and blue lamps were made from the scallop mold. There are no red scallop foot lamps known to have been made. The timing suggests that the scallop foot mold was the first of the tall Lincoln drape molds used. This would indicate the scallop drape lamps were made during the 1940 lamp season, one year before the red Lincoln drape lamps were introduced. This lamp has a few mold imperfections as shown in the pictures.

Sometimes referred to by glass collectors as straw marks or sheer marks, the one that looks like an upside down letter V does have a bit of an edge and could be an impact flea bite but I think it is still a mold imperfection. Other than the two mold imperfections there are no chips, cracks or repairs.
