VTG 1934 Aladdin Model B 108 Green Uranium Glass Beta Crystal Cathedral Oil Lamp

Aladdin's Nu-Type Model B is famous for its mantle burner system, and in 1934 they released a Cathedral lamp in green uranium glass (Model B-108) A vintage uranium glass Cathedral lamp with a Model B burner is highly prized today. The Model B Burner: Introduced in 1933, the "Nu-Type Model B" utilizes a specialized circular mantle to produce a bright, white light.

Cathedral Pattern: Released in 1934, the Cathedral lamp is easily identifiable by its ornate, gothic architectural base. Uranium Glass: These green models (often called Beta Crystal) are prized because the uranium oxide additive causes them to glow a bright neon green under a 365nm blacklight.

The lamp is in very nice condition with no chips or cracks.
